Unexpected gifts. You know the phrases; “good things come in small packages” and “don’t judge a book by its cover.” Yet if we are honest, this time of year many of us are still drawn to the most elegantly wrapped gift, the perfectly shaped Christmas tree on the lot, or the most beautifully decorated cookie on the platter.

The first Christmas was full of the unexpected and under-whelming packages: a young virgin, old cloths that wrapped a newborn baby, and a feeding trough used as a crib.  The Messiah didn’t arrive or live packaged as everyone expected. So why are we still drawn by the glitz, glamor, and perfect packaging?

We believe healthy nonprofits can transform a community and throughout our 25-year history we have learned a beautifully packaged gift to help a nonprofit become healthy is not packaged in dollars alone.

Working together, we can help the Triangle Christian community move toward maturity as a “City on a Hill,” a beacon of light living out the Gospel. Nonprofits throughout our community are serving as the hands and feet of Jesus to the hurting, isolated, and broken. This year, we have had the opportunity to help make them stronger.

Will you include Mission Triangle as an unexpected gift to help the nonprofits you support leverage the impact of your financial gifts? All first-time gifts or increased gifts (over what you gave in 2018) by December 31st will be matched up to $100,000!  Just click this link to give online.
