Full transparency optimizes your organization’s potential to reach its intended goals. To receive the maximum value, we strongly encourage your entire leadership team (board, senior staff, other key leaders) to complete the Thrive Index. Responses are anonymous.

The Thrive Index is an annual self-assessment that provides a snapshot of your organization’s overall health and is a starting point for digging deeper into the six nonprofit core competencies that Mission Triangle teaches.
Utilizing our proprietary Thrive Index, we can pinpoint clear nonprofit growth needs. We then offer training through our no-cost, live workshop series focusing on six nonprofit core competencies: Board Governance, Staff Leadership, Strategic Planning, Organizational Measurement, Transformational Fundraising, and Marketing and Communications.

Assessing is central to Mission Triangle's offerings as the Thrive Index measures the health and sustainability of the nonprofits we serve. The assessments serve as snapshots in time - benchmarks - from which organizations can develop priorities and a plan going forward that fits their unique situation.
