WORKSHOPS: Quarterly group trainings that use curriculum which teaches skills and best practices aligned with Mission Triangle’s three core competencies. Trainings are open to the public, free of charge & 3-4 hours in length.
SMALL GROUPS: Following each quarterly workshop, we hold 3-5 small group sessions on particular topics that pertain to the overall core competency focus of the quarter. This is an opportunity for nonprofit leaders to go deeper, ask questions, and gain insights from recognized leaders on the topic as well as peers in the local area.
COACHING: For those attending the quarterly workshop, Mission Triangle makes staff available for 1:1 coaching on the topic of the quarter and any other pressing issue for the respective organization.
